  • What is a roof certification? If you are looking to buy a home, one of the top concerns can be the roof. The age and quality of the roof may play a big role in your decision whether or not to buy, and how much you are willing to pay. To help you in this decision a dedicated estimator/sales representative will meet you at the job site and do a complete inspection of the roof(s) in question. Because this is a longer process, there is a fee. At the end of the inspection your estimator will provide you with an estimate for work that needs to be completed, or he will issue you a two year certification that the roof is in good condition.
