Getting Started

Give Bachman’s a Call

• Leave a message with our answering service, and we will call you back as soon as we get the message. Or contact us by email, be sure to include your phone number!
• We will set up an appointment that works for you. We can come out and look at exterior work without you there if you would like, or we can come out when you are home. Interior work will require someone to let us in. Feel free to ask all the questions you would like, one of our estimators will be ready to answer.
• After we have looked over the prospective job site, we will go back to our shop, look over our notes, and prepare a professional proposal. Before you know it, the proposal will be in your mailbox!

After Receiving The Proposal

• Ok, you like the price we gave you and it includes all the work you discussed with the estimator. Then just go ahead and sign the bottom of the estimate.
• You can keep one copy, but be sure to send us a signed copy of the proposal.
• We ask that along with your signed proposal you send at least 5% to schedule the job. When we receive your signed estimate and down payment we will call you.
• Then we can set up a time and date to start the job that works for you.

Starting the Job

• The night before we start we will call you and confirm that you are ready for us to come out.
• We ask that you are prepared to pay half down before we start, and payment in full once we complete the work.
• If payment in full is not received the day of the job, we will send you an invoice which is due upon receipt. 

Financing

For your convenience we except all major forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer low interest financing (for customers that qualify) and loan opportunities in the form of 90 days same as cash.
