Will the Office Location Change?
Yes. The current office location has been claimed by the State of Pennsylvania, through eminent domain for future widening of the highway. We are currently searching for a new location that will allow us to not only effectively serve the area, but that will provide enough space for us to house the equipment and materials required for the additional services that Bachman’s now offers.
Does O’Leary Roofing still operate in the Pocono Valley?
Indeed, the team members from O’Leary Roofing are still dedicated to serving customers in Pocono Valley under the combined names of Bachman’s and O’Leary Roofing. If you own property serviced by O’Leary Roofing, you will receive co-branded service and statements for that property.
Will you still offer the same services?

Do I need to do anything to keep my current project?
If you have a current project with O’Leary, nothing will change. All new projects as of February 28th will be completed by Bachman’s/O’Leary Roofing.
Will my service or bill change?
No, everything regarding your current project and billing will stay the same. If you are using financing, nothing changes. For new projects as of February 28th, you’ll notice the co-branding logos on your statements and bills.
What happens to my warranty?
Your warranty will still be fulfilled as on your current plan with O’Leary Roofing. You will still have the same great coverage and response as before!
I was on a payment plan, will that change?
Nothing changes, if you are on an in-house payment plan, we will need to get your ACH information updated. If you are on payments from your lender then everything stays the same.
O’Leary installed my roof 3 years ago, who do I call for repairs?

Is my recent estimate still valid?
All O’Leary estimates will expire on February 28th. After that date, you will need to obtain a new estimate from Bachman’s Roofing.
Will the address or phone number change?
In the short-term, no.

While you’ll start seeing the Bachman’s Roofing logo on our trucks, uniforms, statements, and more, the exceptional care and service you’re used to will stay the same.
